Kimchi season comes!

Oh, God. Kimchi season finally comes.
I love eating Kimchi, but don't like preparing Kimchi for the winter.

When I was young, my parents did that with many volunteers(thier friends, siblings, neighbor...)

So under the name of young, I didn't need to part making Kimchi, but all I have to is just enjoying of clamorous family gathered.
But, after three years ago, I became the one who PREPARE the Kimch for the winter.
Mom said I'm not the young girl anymore, but an adult who give the working power. she's mean.
Oh, no. please. I want to go back the times when I was young.

Anyway, there's no way to get out, so I couldn't help making Kimchi yesterday.

From 11 to 6, I had to work all day.

It was so hard, after finishing work I didn't have any afford to do somthing, so all that I do was just going to bed.

But, after done whole things, I felt something pride of what I did. Just working only tough, my family doesn't need to worry Kimch by next around today.

Anyway, because of yesterday hard working, I slept over and did nothing.

oh, I shouldn't have done like that.

I just promise I'm gonna study more hard from tomorrow, cuz final exam season is also coming!

Working at office

I'm the O.A (office assistant).
It's been so long I've worked at English department.
So I feel like English department is my another comfortable place in University.
Usually I start my work with opening the window.
After weeping the floor and cleaning, there's nothing special things to do.
In luck, I can have my own time during the work time.
So I can do my assignment, surf the Internet for fun and
talk with many different people.
Professors joke to me and care about me. They are so kind.
Oh, it's also good to meet friend often and help them.
Working here is very unique experience compare to other part time.
I can have my own time,
see, hear, and study arond English department.
That's a work, but it is done without any pressure or stress.
So I can work with fun. and many things happen at here with a little different way.
That's why I like the working itself.
                                               

How to study English using Internet

To be honestly, I didn't like studying English using Internet.
cuz, I'm very clusmy about doing anything with computer untill now.
So I prefer to doing off-line than on-line.
But the situation was totally changed when I had a laptop.
Late last year, I bought a laptop as my own.
It's so useful to carry and use.
Soon, I felt in searching Internet
and tresured anywhere I'm interested in through the on-line world.
And I found myself how studying English unsing Internet is useful.
So many useful information, given good tips!

Person who I admire

Steve Jobs.

When I think about him, I feel trilled becasue of his creative mind.
Yeah, I love his creative things, creative mind, and all creative ways he shows us.
I once dreamed being a designer.
Designing anything was ok. book cover, materials, clothes,
just like the word means, anything was ok.
Such like, I liked contructhing something with color,
and fell in very much the world of art.
But, getting older, I found myself to admit that
just enjoying art was totally different being a designer making money.

I coundn't sure I could make it.

Becasue being a designer means living in with suffer of creation.

Anyway, I gave up my dream, but I still have a regret.

And Steve Jobs appeared.

He's so amazing. Incredable. I really admire him.
I can't find about him just heasitating to creative something.
And he always shows us brand new everytime.

So, I'm jelousy of him so much!
He just makes me wanna be a creative person who I once dreamed.
I want him live longer and show us more creative ways.

My hobby

If others asked me what is your hobby, absolutely my answer wouldn't be changed,
it is reading the book.
according to my mom's saying, I was a huge fan of "book" when I was a little girl.
she said, I just liked the book itself,
so she didn't have any difficulty to let me stop crying,
only she had to do was just carring me books! kk
and I just stop crying,  smiled looking seriously the book.
even I was too young to read hangul.

I don't know my love for reading the book have started by that time,
anyway, I love reading books so much.
these days the book I holic is Japanese books.
I think that most their book is about man's daily life, worry, and small things.
so I can describe Japanese book for very having strenght to attract the readers
to their books so that make people think about their life.

and I like Japanese mystery series.

Miyabe Miyuki is one of the writer I like,
she has really talent to make story interesting and wonder how it is to be end.
her novels are very well known for social-mystery,
so you can enjoy the story itself and also think about your sociey and problem.
there's no word to explain her novels.
just read and enjoy!

With children

G.L.Y. & KOREA IMMIGRATION SERVICE (Seoul)

I'm the member of YWCA.

YWCA is kind of NGO having many circles.

and one of them is G.L.Y., Global Leader of Ywca, is the circle I'm in.

That cirlce I love much  has members 30 university student.

so we can get along , study global issue and progress project.

below is the latest poject we did sopported by Korea Immigration Service.

Our theme of this year is "multiculture"

interracial marriges are increasing, also muticultural families are increasing accordingly.

so as wrapping up the our study we did we projected 'mentoring program' with multicultural children.

our G.L.Y. members have been being a meto, listening children's daily life, somtimes consulting their problem,

teaching good things for them,

we have been getting along each other.

And last week, we went to Everland and Caribean Bay for 1 night 2days.
children liked so much, cuz there's no opportunity to go such place by reason of financial situation.
they seemed excited, and enjoyinig new things aroud them well.
They were sooooo cute, and lovely.
I thank to God giving me this special chance,
I bless the child that all things go well without any hurting in their heart.

when I was in America as an excange student.

it was my first flight, first living alone, and first using active English!

I was so excited at that time.
